The Graham Center AV Department is available to provide the
audio-visual/multi-media equipment and services necessary to
meet the needs of special events held in the Graham Center.
We cater to events held in:
the Middle, East, & West Ballrooms; the Faculty Club; GC 140 (theatre screening room); GC 150 (SGA Chambers); GC 243; the Pit (Forum); GC 305; the third floor meeting rooms GC 314, GC 340, & GC 343; GC 1235 (conference room); the Atrium; the Gallery; the Cafeteria Annex; The Bookstore; Gracie’s Grill; the Game Room; the Panther Suite; and the table reservations in the GC corridor.
You can request basic audio, visual, and media equipment at the time a room reservation is made with the Graham Center Office reservations staff. If an elaborate setup is required however, the AV staff will be happy to assist you. Please contact us directly at 305-348-3187.
The AV Department typically operates Monday through Friday from 7a.m. to 10p.m. with extended hours of service as required by events. On weekends, AV technicians are available at an hourly rate according to the duration of the event (charges will include equipment setup and breakdown time).
