AV equipment needs to be requested at least a week in advance,
to insure availability of equipment and provide proper scheduling.
AV equipment is to be operated by the
Graham Center Audio-Visual / Multi-Media Department only,
unless otherwise instructed by a technician.

Amplification of sound must meet OSHA and FCC guidelines and be scheduled so as not to interfere with the normal operation of offices and services housed in the Graham Center.
Musical performances exceeding loud levels (i.e. Bands, live Hip-Hop performances) are not permitted to perform in the Forum (Pit) area or outside premises of the Graham Center from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
Permissible time frame for sound in the GC Forum (Pit) is between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.
Equipment, furnishings and belongings permanently assigned to the Graham Center AV Department are not to be removed from the premises at any time, except if written approval is given by the Graham Center Director or designee and a GC Equipment Loan form is completed for equipment to be used, for university business only.
