The Graham Center Custodial and Maintenance staff takes pride in providing inviting and attractive facilities, by paying attention to every detail. Through their multi-level cleaning tasks and facility management services, the staff consistently upholds and upgrades the building’s image, to ensure that a dynamic and aesthetically pleasing environment is available to our students, faculty, staff and guests.  

Operators use state-of-the-art equipment to safely and efficiently perform each special task. The Graham Center staff gives expert attention to meeting room setups, event presentations and state-of-the art media equipment.

The custodial team is in charge of all floor/tile refinishing, carpet and window cleaning, pressure washing and all other cleaning/maintenance services required. Individual attention is given to every special request and nothing is left to chance.

Hours of Service

Custodial services are provided during building operating hours.  Off hours services are available, by requests. Building tenants and GC guests should contact the Graham Center Main office at (305) 348-2297, if custodial or maintenance assistance is needed.
