The Porter Davis Game Room provides a recreational environment for students to interact and socialize with one another and to engage in some competitive fun.
Games offered include:
billiards
table tennis
board games (chess, backgammon, checkers, dominoes, etc.) and video games.
As participating members of ACUI, FIU sponsors teams which represent the University in regional and national indoor recreational game competitions. We are proud to have produced 1st Place winners in chess, billiards and table tennis!
The Game Room also offers student employees an excellent opportunity to increase their practical business experience in accounting, marketing strategies, customer service, budget management, desktop publishing, etc.
Conveniently located in the East corridor of the Food Court, we invite you to come on over, bring your friends and have a good time. We look forward to seeing you there!
