GAME ROOM POLICIES & GUIDELINES:
1. A Panther I.D. or a driver’s license is required to sign out games or equipment.
2. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
3. Shoes and shirts are required in the Game Room.
4. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
5. Guests are to be courteous; no profanity or disruptive behavior is allowed.
6. Users are responsible for paying for any lost or broken equipment.
7. Smoking, gambling, roller skates, or skateboards are NOT allowed in the Game Room.
8. Video game refunds are only issued if the supervisor has checked the machine and given approval.
10. No food or drinks around the billiard tables. Please do not sit on billiard tables.
11. Children must be supervised at all times.
ON LINE GAMING CENTER GUIDELINES
1. Food and drinks are not allowed in this room.
2. Use of the Gaming Center is for currently enrolled students with a valid Panther Card ID.
3. All users and staff are subject to the student code of conduct, UTS Code of Computing
Practice Academic Affairs Policies and Procedures and FIU IT Security Policy (see Appendix)
4. Protect your account password. Do not allow others to play from your account.
5. Take care of our equipment- if you need assistance or if something is broken, please let the front desk attendant know before you leave.
THE FOLLOWING IS NOT PERMITTED
6. On-line and off-line gambling.
7. Use of cheat codes and hacks during online play.
8. Viewing of inappropriate, illegal, and hate-related websites.
9. Downloading onto the hard drive
10. Inappropriate verbal or physical behavior

Note 1. Whoever willingly, knowingly, and without authorization modifies data, programs,
or supporting documentation residing or existing internal or external to a computer,
computer system, or computer network commits an offense against intellectual property.
Note 4. A. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, an offense against intellectual property is a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in S.775.082, S.775.083, S.775.084.7
