As the first point of contact for visitors, the Information Center provides directions to locations on campus, as well as information on programs, services and events happening in the Graham Center and throughout the University. The Information Center is located on the first floor of the Graham Center, directly across from the FIU Bookstore.

Lost and Found

Graham Center’s Lost & Found is located at the Information Center. All found items will be logged in our electronic tracking system and kept securely stored for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be turned over to the Property Control Office after one month. The Information Center staff will make every attempt to contact owners of found items by phone, email or mail, if we have the appropriate information.

• Items which have a value of $50 or more, such as cash, driver’s licenses, checkbooks, wallets and laptops are immediately turned over to the FIU Department of Public Safety.
• Panther ID Cards are turned in to the PantherCARD Office on a daily basis.
• Bank cards that are not claimed are destroyed after one week.

If you wish to find out if a lost item has been turned in, call us at (305) 348-1735 or stop by to describe and identify the item. Once ownership has been established, the owner will be able to sign it out.
