Did you know? I developed a life-long fascination with archeological sites when I was 7 years old and climbed the pyramid of Teotihuacan for the very first time. Since, I have been to: Chichen-Itza, Uxmal, Tulum and Coba in Mexico; Altun-Ha in Belize; Copan in Honduras; Tikal in Guatemala; and Pachacamac, Sacsahuaman, Kenko, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu in Peru.
Over the years, more than 25 visits … and what an adventure they all have been! My top five favorites for their power, mystery and history: Uxmal, Copan, Tikal, Pachacamac and Machu Picchu. |
